Usage Instructions
Installation: This appliance must be installed and connected to the electrical supply by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. It requires a dedicated circuit with the appropriate fuse/circuit breaker (typically 32A). Ensure the cooker is level and stable. First Use: Remove all packaging and protective film. Turn on the main power. Set all oven functions to maximum temperature and operate both empty ovens for 45-60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues. Ensure the room is well-ventilated. Using the Hob: Place a suitable pan on the desired cooking zone. Turn the corresponding control dial to the required power setting. The residual heat indicator will light up and remain on until the zone has cooled sufficiently. Using the Ovens: Select the desired oven (main or top). Choose the cooking function (e.g., fan, conventional, grill) using the function selector dial. Set the required temperature with the thermostat dial. For grilling, use the dedicated grill setting and the separate grill temperature control. Cleaning & Maintenance: Always disconnect the power and allow the appliance to cool completely. The ceramic hob can be cleaned with a suitable ceramic cleaner once cool. The main oven's catalytic liners work during high-temperature cooking; wipe them with a damp cloth afterwards.
