Usage Instruction:

• Professional Installation: This appliance must be installed and hardwired to the mains supply by a qualified electrician in accordance with local wiring regulations, due to its high power rating (~10.2 kW).

• Initial Use: Remove all packaging and protective films. Before first cooking, heat both ovens to maximum temperature for approximately 60 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated.

• Operating the Hob: Select a cooking zone and use the corresponding control to set the power level. The ceramic hob provides rapid heating. The residual heat indicator for each zone will remain lit until the surface has cooled to a safe temperature.

• Using the Ovens & Grill: Use the LED digital programmer to set temperatures, cooking times, and select between the main fan oven, top conventional oven, or variable grill function. Always preheat the oven for best results.

• Steam Clean Function: To clean the main oven, add a small amount of water to the oven base, select the Steam Clean function, and allow it to run. This will loosen grease, making it easier to wipe away once the oven has cooled.

• General Cleaning: Allow all surfaces to cool completely. Clean the ceramic hob with a recommended cleaner. Wipe the enamel interior with a soft, damp cloth. The oven door's inner glass can be removed for thorough cleaning.

Safety Warning

• Extreme Temperature Hazard: The hob, oven interiors, and door surfaces become extremely hot during use. Always use oven gloves and keep children away. Heed the residual heat indicators on the hob.
