Beechams All in One oral solution is formulated to alleviate the discomfort associated with cold and flu symptoms, including chesty coughs. This powerful solution combines three active ingredients: Paracetamol, Guaifenesin, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride. Paracetamol acts as a painkiller and fever reducer, relieving headaches, sore throats, shivers, and general aches and pains. Guaifenesin serves as an expectorant, helping to clear chesty, productive coughs. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a decongestant that alleviates blocked noses and painful sinuses. This non-drowsy formula ensures you remain alert while receiving effective relief from multiple symptoms.

Instruction

• Dosage: Adults and children aged 16 years and over: Take one 20 ml dose every 4 hours as needed. Do not take more than 4 doses (80 ml) in any 24-hour period.

• Usage: For oral use only. Use the measuring cup provided to ensure the correct dose. Do not take for more than 5 days without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Warning
Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products or other cold, flu, or decongestant medicines.
Side effects: Although rare, this product may cause allergic reactions (such as skin rash), increased blood pressure, dizziness, palpitations, or stomach upset. If you experience any severe reactions, stop use and seek medical help.
