Materials
High-grade stainless steel blade paired with a durable, ergonomically shaped handle for enhanced stability and comfort during use.
Installation & Maintenance
Before the first use, wash the knife in warm, soapy water and dry it immediately with a soft cloth. To maintain the integrity of the stainless steel and the sharpness of the edge, hand washing is highly recommended, as dishwasher cycles can cause premature dulling and corrosion. Periodically sharpen the blade using a high-quality whetstone or knife sharpener to ensure peak cutting performance. Store the knife in a dedicated block or on a magnetic strip to protect the edge from contact with other metal utensils, and always ensure the blade is completely dry before storage.
Safety Warnings
Sharp blade hazard: the Santoku knife features an extremely sharp edge that can cause severe injury if mishandled; always keep fingers clear of the cutting path and use a stable, non-slip chopping board. Never attempt to catch a falling knife. This tool is intended for food preparation only and should not be used for prying, bone-cutting, or opening cans, as this may damage the blade. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times. Use caution when cleaning the blade manually, always wiping away from the sharp edge toward the spine to prevent accidental cuts.
