Storage Condition
Keep frozen at -18°C or lower. Once defrosted, store in the refrigerator at the bottom, keep covered, and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Usage Instructions
Cooking required. Thaw completely before cooking if desired, or cook from frozen for hot pot. For hot pot: Simmer slices in boiling broth for 10 to 15 seconds until just cooked through. For stir fry: Sauté with vegetables for a quick meal. For soups: Add slices at the end of cooking to enrich broth. For rice bowls: Simmer with soy sauce, mirin, and onions for Japanese style donburi.
Cooking Instructions
