Easy Steam
The Easy Steam special function allows the water to evaporate inside the oven cavity, improving and speeding up the cooking process. The nutritional properties of foods thus remain intact, preserving the flavors, appearance and texture of the dishes.

Leavening
In this position only the upper heating element is switched on. Heat is distributed by natural convection. The temperature must be regulated at 40°C.

Convection cooking with ventilation
The upper and lower heating elements and the fan turn on. The heat coming from the top and bottom is diffused by forced convection.
The temperature must be regulated between 40°C and 250°C with the thermostat knob.
Recommended for bread, pizza and foods of large volume and quantity which require the same internal and external degree of cooking (rolled roasts, turkey legs, joints of meat, etc.)

True Fan Cooking
With the heating element located around the fan, you can cook many kinds of food on different levels without mixing flavors and smells. This function is great for foods that need to be well cooked but at the same time needing to stay tender and moist.

Fan Assisted Grilling
Fan assisted grilling speeds up overall cooking. It's ideal for gratin dishes where you want the food to be thoroughly cooked without burning the surface.

Grill
With the variable Electric Grill, you can use the low setting for gentle grilling snacks or toasts and use the high setting for quick grill of steaks or chicken.

Convection Cooking
The heat comes from the top and bottom of the oven. It's the perfect solution for roasting, baking, pizzas and cakes.

Top heat only
The heat coming only from the top element of the oven allows to complete the cooking of those dishes that require a light browning on the surface.

Base heat only
The heat coming only from the lower element is used primarily for food that needs a higher temperature at its base. Perfect for cooking of cakes, pies quiches and pastries.

Defrost
The defrosting function operates the fan only without any heating. The even circulation of the air inside the oven results in a rapid defrost of frozen foods.

Idroclean
Without using any type of detergent, this function helps remove the dirt inside the oven thanks to the moisture generated by the water warming at 80-90°C.
