4. Installation & Directions for Use

1.       Remove the pillow from its packaging and allow it to air and recover its full loft before first use.

2.       Unzip the cover and adjust the internal layers by adding or removing fibre inserts to reach your preferred height.

3.       Place the pillow so that your head and neck are fully supported and your spine feels naturally aligned.

4.       Wash the cover (and, if indicated on the care label, the pillow) at up to 60°C; dry thoroughly before reassembly.

5.       Fluff the pillow regularly by hand to maintain volume and even distribution of the filling.
