Direction for Use
After brushing your teeth thoroughly with fluoride toothpaste, pour an appropriate amount of Enliven Total Care Mouthwash into a cup. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with the mouthwash for 30 seconds, ensuring it reaches all areas of the mouth, including between teeth and along the gum line. Do not swallow the mouthwash; spit it out completely after rinsing. Do not rinse your mouth with water or eat/drink immediately after use. Use daily, once or twice a day, for optimal oral care results and to maintain fresh breath and healthy gums.
