    Storage Condition
    Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.


    Cooking Instructions
    Boiling:

    1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

    2. Add frozen dumplings (do not thaw).

    3. Stir gently to prevent sticking.

    4. Bring to a boil again, add one cup of cold water, and repeat twice.

    5. Cook for 6-8 minutes until dumplings float to the surface.

    6. Drain and serve with dipping sauce.

    Pan-Frying:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

    2. Place frozen dumplings in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden.

    3. Add water (about 1/3 height of dumplings), cover, and steam for 6-8 minutes.

    4. Remove lid and cook until water evaporates and bottoms become crispy.

    Steaming:

    1. Place frozen dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper.

    2. Steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

    3. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
