Storage Condition
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking Instructions
Boiling:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add frozen dumplings (do not thaw).
Stir gently to prevent sticking.
Bring to a boil again, add one cup of cold water, and repeat twice.
Cook for 6-8 minutes until dumplings float to the surface.
Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
Pan-Frying:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place frozen dumplings in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden.
Add water (about 1/3 height of dumplings), cover, and steam for 6-8 minutes.
Remove lid and cook until water evaporates and bottoms become crispy.
Steaming:
Place frozen dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper.
Steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Serve hot with dipping sauce.
