    Storage Condition

    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once an individual sachet is opened, consume immediately or keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.


    Usage Instructions (Quick Recipe)

    1. Prep: Cut 500g of pork belly into cubes and blanch in boiling water; drain.

    2. Sear: Briefly stir-fry the pork in a pan with a little oil until slightly golden.

    3. Simmer: Add one 100g sachet of seasoning and approx. 500–600ml of water.

    4. Cook: Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 40–60 minutes until the meat is tender.

    5. Finish: Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce until thick and glossy.
