    Storage Condition
    Keep frozen at -18°C or below. After thawing, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. Keep pack sealed to prevent freezer burn.


    Usage Instructions
    Cooking required. Cook from frozen until the shrimp balls float to the surface and the core is piping hot. Perfect for hot pot broths, stir fry dishes, noodle soups, or pan frying. Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly throughout with no raw seafood remaining. Do not eat raw or undercooked.


    Cooking Instructions
    Hot Pot: Add frozen shrimp balls to simmering broth and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until they float and are heated through.
    Boil: Add to boiling water and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until floating and cooked through.
    Pan Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add thawed shrimp balls and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
