• For the classic preparation, boil 400ml of water. Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, stir in the seasoning oil and powder sachets, then let it stand for 1 minute before serving.

• For a 'dry' style noodle dish, cook the noodles as directed, then drain most of the water before mixing in the seasonings for a more concentrated, bolder flavour.
