Instruction
Dosage: Take 1 sachet (3g) daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Method: Add 1 sachet to 250ml to 750ml of water (or a drink of your choice) and stir. For a subtle salty twist use 750ml of water; for a seriously salty blend use 250ml of water. We do not recommend using copper bottles as the natural salts and minerals can react with copper over time. Use glass or stainless steel instead.
