These noodles incorporate traditional Yamaimo (mountain yam), which imparts a distinctive, slightly slippery and smooth texture that is highly valued. Made with a blend of buckwheat and wheat flours, they offer the characteristic nutty aroma and flavour of classic soba. This 300g package is ideal for creating a refreshing and satisfying Japanese noodle dish.

Usage Instructions
-Scatter the noodles into plenty of boiling water. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on high heat, or until the noodles reach your desired tenderness. Take care to prevent the water from boiling over.
-Drain the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse thoroughly 2-3 times under cold running water. Drain well before serving.
-For optimal experience, serve chilled with a traditional Zaru soba dipping sauce.
