2. Cook noodles: Add noodles to boiling water, stir gently with chopsticks to prevent sticking. Boil on high heat for 2 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes (total approx. 7 minutes). For a firmer texture when stir-frying, cook to medium-well and rinse with cold water .

3. Drain: Drain thoroughly and rinse briefly with cold water to stop cooking and remove excess starch .

4. Serve: Use immediately in soups, stir-fries, or with your favorite sauce
