Lemsip Cold & Flu Hot Drink Lemon & Menthol provides effective relief from the multiple symptoms associated with colds and influenza. Each sachet contains Paracetamol 650mg to relieve aches, pains, and fever, combined with Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg to help unblock a stuffy nose and ease sinus pressure. Presented as a soothing hot drink with a refreshing lemon and menthol flavour, this convenient, pre-measured format offers comforting relief when you need it most.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients (per sachet):
Paracetamol: 650 mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride: 10 mg
Excipients: ASPARTAME, Sodium, Sucrose, Lemon and Menthol flavourings, and other ingredients. Total powder per sachet: 4.8g.
Packaging: Carton containing 5 sachets.

Suitable For
For the relief of symptoms associated with colds and influenza, such as aches and pains, fever (pyrexia), nasal congestion, and sore throat. For use in adults, the elderly, and adolescents aged 16 years and over.
Instruction
Single Dose: The contents of one sachet dissolved in hot water.
Maximum Daily Dose: One sachet every 4-6 hours as required. Do not exceed 4 sachets (4 doses) in any 24-hour period.
Administration: For oral use. Pour the powder from one sachet into a mug. Fill with hot, but not boiling, water and stir until completely dissolved. May be sweetened to taste. Allow to cool sufficiently before drinking.
Duration: Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.
Warning
Do not take if:
You are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any of the other ingredients.
You are under 16 years of age.
You have severe heart, liver, or kidney disease.
You have high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, an enlarged prostate, or a tumour of the adrenal gland (phaeochromocytoma).
You are taking or have taken within the last 14 days monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) antidepressants or other decongestant medicines.
Warnings and precautions:
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other medicines containing paracetamol. Overdose can cause serious liver damage. Immediate medical advice should be sought in case of overdose, even if you feel well.
Contains ASPARTAME, a source of phenylalanine; may be harmful for people with phenylketonuria (PKU).
Contains sucrose; patients with diabetes should take this into account.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
If symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear, stop use and consult a doctor.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Side Effects:
Uncommon side effects may include allergic skin reactions, dizziness, sleep disturbances, palpitations, increased blood pressure, or nausea. If you experience any signs of a severe allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/tongue/throat), stop use and seek immediate medical attention.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep the sachets in the original outer carton.
