Usage Instructions

• Cooking required—ideal for making authentic Kaeng Masman (Masman Curry).
• 1. Heat a skillet, add 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk and the entire packet of curry paste, stir well to blend.
• 1. Add 250g sliced beef or chicken, stir-fry until partially cooked. Pour in 1 cup (240ml) water (or substitute with coconut milk/milk for creamier texture) and bring to a boil.
• 1. Add potato chunks and peanuts, simmer until meat and potatoes are tender (about 15-20 minutes).
• 1. Season with fish sauce to taste, stir gently, then remove from heat.
• Safety: Ensure the final dish is piping hot (internal temperature reaches 75℃) before serving. Do not eat raw.
