Season the pot according to instructions: heat on medium-low, apply cooking oil or pork fat, wipe continuously for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with water only (no soap) and hang upside down overnight to dry. For ongoing maintenance, avoid soap; clean with hot water and a stiff brush, dry thoroughly, and apply a light coat of oil before storing.

Keep away from children and pets. The pot is heavy; use care when lifting and moving to prevent strain or dropping. Do not use if cracked or damaged. Never immerse a hot pot in cold water, as thermal shock may cause cracking. The seasoning process involves hot oil; exercise caution to prevent burns. No declarable allergens.
