Direction for Use
Unwrap and stick – Peel off the backing and press the pad into your underwear, sticky side down.
Wrap the wings – Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear to keep it snug and secure.
Change every 4–6 hours – Or sooner if it feels full. Do not wear for more than 8 hours.
Bin it, don't flush it – Wrap used pads and pop them in the bin. Pads cannot be flushed.
