Usage Instruction

• Before first use, wash the removable aluminium pot, glass lid, and handles in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.

• For searing: Place the pot directly on your hob (excluding induction). Add oil and brown meat/vegetables as desired.

• For slow cooking: Transfer the pot (with seared ingredients or raw ingredients plus liquid) to the slow cooker heating base. Attach the cool-touch handles. Cover with the glass lid.

• Plug the appliance into a suitable mains power socket. Select your desired heat setting: LOW for extended cooking (6-10 hours), MEDIUM, or HIGH for faster cooking (3-5 hours).

• The automatic shut-off feature will switch the appliance to 'keep warm' mode once cooking is complete. Unplug the appliance after use.

• Allow the pot and lid to cool before handling. The removable pot, lid, and handles are dishwasher safe. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.

• Store the appliance with the lid slightly ajar to allow air circulation.
