Usage Instruction:
Assembly: Ensure the blender is unplugged. Place the glass jug on a flat, stable surface. Insert the blade assembly securely into the base of the jug from the inside. Screw the jug onto the motor base clockwise until firmly attached. Place the lid securely on top.
Basic Blending: Add ingredients to the jug. Secure the lid. Plug in the appliance. Select the desired speed or function using the control dial/buttons. For pulsed operation, use the pulse button. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute for heavy loads; allow the motor to cool.
Making Soup: Use the dedicated soup function. Add your raw soup ingredients (e.g., chopped vegetables, stock) to the jug. The blender will first blend and then heat the contents to cook the soup. Caution: The jug and contents will become very hot.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Always unplug before cleaning. The glass jug, lid, and blade assembly are dishwasher safe. To clean the motor base, wipe with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Storage: Ensure the appliance is clean and dry. Store with the jug detached or placed upside down on the base to protect the blade.
