Direction for Use
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use. Gently insert the tampon, aiming slightly backward and upwards. Change every 4-8 hours, or more often if needed. Use the chart to select the minimum absorbency to control your menstrual flow and reduce the risk of getting TSS. Absorbency ranges: Regular 6 to 9 grams. Do not flush; dispose of in household waste.

Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow. Change every 4-8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours.
