This product Natracare Tampons Super 10 is made from only certified organic 100 percent cotton. Organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides and harsh chemicals. We use organic cotton free from perfumes, dyes, and chlorine bleaching. Certified by the Soil Association license no: HB00303. Natracare products are made using a Totally Chlorine Free process. Our products are always 100% chlorine free, so you can feel good about using them. We believe undisclosed and synthetic materials have no place in tampons. Our tampons are free from harsh and irritating chemicals, with no synthetic materials, rayon free, and totally chlorine free. This product is chemical free and made with certified organic cotton for gentle, reliable protection.

Direction for Use
Wash your hands thoroughly. Open the wrapper carefully. Gently insert the tampon, aiming slightly backward and upwards. Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours, or more often if needed. Dispose of used tampon and wrapper responsibly. Do not flush.
