    ·       Usage Instructions:

    ·       Cold water soaking (30-40 minutes): Suitable for cold mixing and quick stir-frying. Soak until soft without hard core, drain and cut short before use.

    ·       Warm water soaking (40-50℃, 20 minutes): Suitable for steaming and soup dishes, maintaining a certain toughness.

    ·       Boiling water soaking (5-8 minutes): For emergency use, stir occasionally, remove and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
