Direction for Use
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist. For adults, apply a full-length ribbon of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. For children aged 6 years and under, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimise swallowing . Spit out excess toothpaste after brushing; do not swallow. For best results, do not rinse mouth immediately after spitting to allow fluoride to remain on teeth longer.
