Ingredients
Each tablet contains Powdered Alexandrian Senna Fruit (Pods) and Tinnevelly Senna Fruit (Pods), equivalent to 7.5mg Hydroxyanthracene Glycosides, calculated as Sennoside B. Always read the label before use.

Suitable For
Suitable for adults aged over 18 years for short term, occasional constipation. Not suitable for children under 18 years.

Instruction
Dosage: Adults aged over 18 years take 1 to 2 tablets at night. New users should start with the lowest dose and increase if necessary. Not to be used for more than 1 week. If there is no bowel movement after three days, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
