Usage Instructions
Cooking required. Not ready to eat directly.

1. Sort and rinse: Pick over beans to remove any debris, then rinse thoroughly under cold water .

2. Cook: Add rinsed beans to a pot with 3 parts water to 1 part beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15–30 minutes until tender and soft .

3. Sweeten (optional) : For desserts, add sugar during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking .
