This 50mm (2") mixed-bristle brush combines natural and synthetic technologies for professional oil-based coating application. Direction for Use
Begin by removing loose bristles by tapping the handle and pre-condition with an appropriate solvent such as mineral spirits or turpentine. Load the brush by dipping the lower 1/3 of the bristle length into the paint and gently press against the container wall to unload excess. Maintain a 45° angle to the surface during application, using long, even strokes in the direction of the grain, and reload frequently to maintain a wet edge. For cleaning, work solvent through the bristles until the paint dissolves, wash with soapy warm water, rinse thoroughly, and reshape the bristles. Store the brush wrapped in its original paper keeper, either flat or hanging vertically.
