Direction for Use

1. Unwrap the individually wrapped pad from its packaging

2. Remove the backing paper from the adhesive strip

3. Position the pad in the centre of your underwear, pressing firmly to secure it in place

4. Ensure the pad is positioned correctly for optimal fit and protection

5. Change the pad as needed throughout the day, typically every 4-8 hours or when wet

6. Dispose of the used pad in a waste bin; do not flush down the toilet
