Usage Instruction:
Before First Use: Wash the removable stoneware pot, glass lid, and any accessories in warm, soapy water. Wipe the exterior heating base with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly.
Setup & Cooking: Place the stoneware pot into the heating base. Add your ingredients to the pot. Secure the glass lid in place. Plug the appliance into a standard earthed socket.
Selecting Heat Setting: Choose the appropriate setting using the control dial: Low for all-day slow cooking (6-10 hours), High for faster cooking (3-6 hours), or Keep Warm to maintain temperature after cooking is complete.
During Cooking: For best results, avoid lifting the lid frequently as this releases heat and steam, significantly increasing cooking time. Stirring is generally not required until near the end of cooking.
After Cooking: Once cooking is complete, you can switch the setting to Keep Warm for serving. Always use the cool-touch handles to lift or carry the stoneware pot.
Cleaning & Storage: Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely. The stoneware pot and glass lid are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Wipe the exterior heating base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the heating base, cord, or plug in water.
