Usage Instruction
Before first use, wash the removable ceramic pot, lid, and handles with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Place the slow cooker on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from edges. Ensure the exterior heating base is clean and dry before inserting the ceramic pot.
Place ingredients into the ceramic pot. For best results, do not exceed two-thirds (approx. 4.3 litres) of its 6.5-litre capacity. Add liquids as per your recipe.
Securely attach the cool-touch handles to the ceramic pot. Carefully place the filled pot into the heating base. Cover with the tempered glass lid.
Plug the appliance into a suitable mains power socket. Select the desired cooking setting using the control knob: LOW for slow, all-day cooking (e.g., 8-10 hours), HIGH for faster cooking (e.g., 4-6 hours), or KEEP WARM to maintain the temperature of already cooked food.
Cooking is automatic. You may lift the lid briefly to stir or check progress, but avoid doing so frequently as significant heat will escape.
Once cooking is complete, turn the knob to OFF and unplug the appliance. Use the cool-touch handles to carefully lift the ceramic pot from the base. The pot can be served directly at the table.
Allow the ceramic pot and heating base to cool completely before cleaning. The ceramic pot, lid, and handles are dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior heating base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the heating base, cord, or plug in water.
Safety Warning
WARNING: The ceramic pot, lid, contents, and steam will become extremely hot during and after use. Always use the provided cool-touch handles when moving the pot. Place the slow cooker away from edges and out of reach of children and pets.

Never operate the heating base without the ceramic pot correctly placed inside. Never place the ceramic pot directly on a stove top, in a conventional oven, or under a grill.
Do not subject the ceramic pot or glass lid to sudden extreme temperature changes (e.g., placing a hot pot directly into cold water), as this may cause cracking or breakage.
Ensure the power cord does not hang over the edge of a counter or touch hot surfaces.
This appliance is designed for cooking food with added liquids. Do not use it for dry heating, frying with oil, or as a food warmer without moisture.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
