Usage Instruction:
The Tower T17137MSH Vortx 8.5L Dual Basket Air Fryer uses rapid air circulation to cook food up to 30% faster than a conventional oven with minimal oil. To use, simply place food in the two 4.25L baskets, then select from 6 presets or manually adjust temperature (40–200°C) and time via the digital touch panel. Special dual basket modes include Match Cook to copy settings to both baskets, and Sync Finish to ensure different foods in each basket finish cooking at the exact same time. Pull out drawers anytime to shake food—the unit automatically pauses and resumes.

Safety Warning
 Leave at least 15cm clearance behind and on sides to prevent overheating; surfaces and steam are extremely hot—always use handles and oven mitts. Never fill baskets with oil, avoid loose parchment paper that could contact the heating element, and keep away from flammable materials. Plug directly into a wall outlet (no extension cords). For maintenance, hand wash baskets and grill plates with soap and water after cooling for 30 minutes (not dishwasher safe), and periodically wipe heating coils to prevent grease buildup.
