Usage Instruction
Before first use, fill the kettle to the maximum mark and boil the water. Discard this water. Repeat this process once more to ensure the interior is clean.
Always fill the kettle between the MIN (0.5L) and MAX (1.7L) marks indicated on the water window. Do not operate the kettle if it contains less than the minimum amount of water.
To open the lid, press the button located on the handle. Fill the kettle with cold water, then close the lid firmly until it clicks into place.
Place the kettle onto its 360° power base, ensuring it is correctly seated. Plug the base into a suitable mains power socket.
Press the illuminated ON/OFF switch down to the 'I' position to begin boiling. The switch will light up. The kettle will automatically switch off once the water has boiled.
To stop boiling before it is complete, press the switch up to the 'O' position.
After boiling, lift the kettle from its base to pour. Use the designed spout for drip-free pouring. Take care as the exterior surfaces, steam, and water will be very hot.
Allow the kettle to cool completely before cleaning. The exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth. Never immerse the kettle, base, or power cord in water.
Regularly descale the kettle to maintain performance and longevity. Follow the descaling instructions in the user manual. Clean the removable limescale filter frequently.

The kettle must only be used with the supplied base. Do not use the base for any other purpose. Ensure the kettle is correctly placed on the base before switching on.
Never open the lid while the water is boiling or when steam is being emitted, as this can cause scalding.
Never operate the kettle without sufficient water. The boil-dry protection is a safety backup; the kettle should not be intentionally operated empty.
Avoid contact with steam from the spout or lid during and immediately after operation. Position the kettle so that the spout is not pointing towards you or the body.
The exterior surfaces will become very hot during use. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handle, which is designed to stay cooler.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance is for boiling water only. Do not use it to heat any other liquids or food.
