The power cord is connected to the main unit and cannot be detached. The appliance must be plugged in to operate.
The maximum continuous working time for this appliance is 40 seconds. If the chopping is not completed after 40 seconds, let the product rest for 2 minutes before continuing. The cycle consists of 40 seconds of operation followed by a 2-minute rest. After 3 consecutive cycles, the product needs to cool down for 15 minutes before further use.
This product is designed for chopping meat and vegetables. Do not use it for grinding dry ingredients (such as coffee beans or grains) or for processing hard items such as bones, ice cubes, or frozen food.
It is normal for the motor to make sounds during operation.
When cleaning, do not immerse the main unit in water or let it come into contact with water. Simply wipe it clean with a soft cloth.
