Installation & Maintenance

Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. For the best experience, trim the wooden wick to 3mm (1/8 inch) before every light; this is crucial for maintaining a controlled flame and preventing soot. During the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface to the glass edges to prevent "tunneling." It is recommended to burn the candle for 3–4 hours at a time to maintain the integrity of the wax and fragrance.

Safety Warnings

WARNING: Tipping Risk. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. The glass vessel can become extremely hot; ensure it is placed on a level, heat-stable surface.

Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, or any debris. Avoid placing the candle in drafts or near flammable materials. Do not move the candle while the wax is liquid. Stop use when only 1.2cm (1/2 inch) of wax remains to prevent the glass from overheating and potentially cracking.
