Usage Instruction:

• Initial Setup: Place the charging dock against a wall in an open, accessible area. Connect the power adapter. Install the side brushes and mop attachment (if using). Power on the robot.

• App Connection & Mapping: Download the ECOVACS Home app. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the DEEBOT to your Wi-Fi network. For the first run, let the robot perform a full cleaning cycle to create a complete map of your home.

• Scheduling & Customisation: Use the app to set daily or weekly cleaning schedules. You can also define no-go zones or virtual boundaries on the map to restrict the robot from entering specific areas (e.g., pet bowls, loose cables).

• Vacuuming & Mopping: For vacuuming only, ensure the water tank is not attached. For mopping, fill the attached water tank with clean water, attach the mopping cloth, and select the mopping mode in the app. The robot will vacuum and mop simultaneously.

• Maintenance: Regularly empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle. Rinse the filter under water every 1-2 weeks and let it dry completely. Clean the side brushes and sensors with a dry cloth. Remove and clean the mop cloth and tank after each mopping session.

• Charging: The robot will automatically return to its charging dock when the battery is low. Ensure the area around the dock is clear for easy docking.

Safety Warning

• WARNING – Entanglement Hazard: Keep loose cables, clothing, and small objects off the floor to prevent the robot from becoming entangled or damaged. The side brushes may catch on fringes or loose threads.

• CAUTION – Fall Hazard: Use the virtual boundary feature in the app to create no-go zones near stairs or other drop-offs. The device may not detect all edges or dark-coloured drop-offs.

• IMPORTANT – Water & Electricity: Do not operate the robot on wet floors or use the mop function on carpets. Never immerse the robot, charging dock, or power adapter in water. Charge only with the provided adapter.

• NOTICE – Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the sensors, charging contacts, and wheels to maintain navigation and charging performance. Use only recommended replacement parts.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
