BEFORE FIRST USE
a. Unbox the appliance and take out the casters in the water tank. Please install thecasters first.
b. To prevent any unintended damage, please leave the appliance standing uprightfor 2 HoURS before plugging it in.Please always keep the appliance upright ona flat surface during use.
Placement
a. It' srecommended to operate thedehumidifier at ambient tempera-ture between 41Fand 95F(5-35C). When the ambient temperatureis lower than 59F(15C), frostmayoccur and the compressor will stopworking. The appliance will defrostautomatically. When defrosting isover,it will start working again.
b. Keep the dehumidifier uprighton a flat and sturdy surface andmake sure there is at least 10-inchspace around it.
Notice of Compressor Running Status
It's a normal phenomenon that the compressor and fan keeprunning when the ambient humidity reaches the preset RH. Thefan stops 5 minutes after the preset RH is reached. The compressorstops when the ambient humidity is 4% lower than the preset RH,and it starts automatically when the ambient humidity level is 4%ohigher than the preset level. The Return Difference design featur-ing 4% error range is for better protecting and prolonging lifespanof the appliance.
Notice of Full Tank Detection
a. There may be a few residual water in the water collecting traywhile the tank full indicator light is on. Please wait for severalminutes before take out the water tank.
b. The fan will keep working for 5 minutes and the compressor willauto shut off when the tank full indicator light is on for protection.The fan will auto shut off after extra 5-minute work if the water tankis still full.
