Usage Instruction
Before First Use: Fill the kettle to the MAX mark, boil, and discard the water. Repeat this process once to clean the interior.
Filling: Remove the kettle from its cordless base. Open the lid and fill with the desired amount of cold water, ensuring the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks. Do not overfill.
Boiling: Place the kettle securely onto its dry power base. Press the ON/OFF switch down to start boiling. The switch will automatically pop up when boiling is complete.
Pouring & After Use: Lift the kettle from its base and pour. To re-boil, ensure the switch is in the ‘up’ position before pressing it down again. Always unplug the base when not in use and allow the kettle to cool before cleaning or storing.
Cleaning & Descaling: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Descale the interior regularly using a suitable descaler, following the product instructions. Rinse thoroughly. Clean the removable limescale filter under running water.
Safety Warning
Extreme Heat & Steam Risk: The kettle, water, and steam become extremely hot during and after use. Do not touch hot surfaces. Open the lid away from your face to avoid steam burns.
Electrical Safety: Only use the provided base. Do not immerse the kettle, base, cord, or plug in water or any liquid. Ensure your hands are dry when handling the plug or switch.
Overfilling Hazard: Do not fill past the MAX mark, as boiling water may eject from the spout and cause scalding.
Intended Use: This appliance is for boiling water only. Do not operate without water, or use it to heat any other liquids or food.
Supervision & Placement: Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use. Place it on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface out of reach of children.
