Usage Instructions
Grate or chop the hardened sugar before use to help it dissolve more easily. Add directly to curries, sauces, marinades, and simmered dishes.
Dissolve in a small amount of hot liquid before adding to the main mixture for smooth integration.
Can be used as a 1:1 substitute for other sugars in many recipes, but note its stronger flavor and darker color will influence the final dish.
