Usage Instructions
Cooking and fermentation required.
Finely chop 500g of cold, lean pork sirloin. Slice 250g of cooked pork rind into thin strips.
Combine the meat, rind, and the seasoning mix. Add 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh garlic and optional fresh red chili peppers.
Knead until sticky, pack tightly into containers, and seal.
Ferment at room temperature for 24 hours before frying or grilling. Refrigerate after fermentation and consume within one week .
