    Usage Instructions

    • Cooking and fermentation required.

    • Finely chop 500g of cold, lean pork sirloin. Slice 250g of cooked pork rind into thin strips.

    • Combine the meat, rind, and the seasoning mix. Add 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh garlic and optional fresh red chili peppers.

    • Knead until sticky, pack tightly into containers, and seal.

    • Ferment at room temperature for 24 hours before frying or grilling. Refrigerate after fermentation and consume within one week .
