Installation & Maintenance
Wash both pans in warm soapy water before the first use and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. To extend the life of the non-stick surface, use only wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemical cleaners. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the exterior finish and coating integrity; always allow the pans to cool completely before submerged in water to prevent thermal shock and warping of the aluminium base.
Safety Warnings
Burn and fire safety: never leave an empty pan on a hot burner or allow the pan to overheat, as this can damage the non-stick coating and release fumes. While the handles are heat-resistant, they may become hot during prolonged use or if exposed to direct flames on gas hobs; always use oven mitts if necessary. Ensure the pans are placed centrally over the heat source and that handles are turned away from the edge of the stove to prevent accidental tipping.
