Direction for Use
Use twice daily, after brushing. Pour 20ml (approx. 4 teaspoons) into a cup. Rinse vigorously around the mouth for 30 seconds, ensuring the liquid passes between teeth and around the gumline. Spit out. Do not swallow. For optimal results, avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for 30 minutes after rinsing.
