Direction for Use

Shake the Colgate Triple Action Mouthwash Alcohol Free gently before use. Pour an appropriate amount (approximately 20ml) into a cup. Rinse the mouth thoroughly with the mouthwash for 30 seconds, ensuring it comes into contact with all areas of the mouth, including teeth, gums and tongue. Do not swallow the mouthwash; after rinsing, spit it out completely. Do not rinse the mouth with water or eat/drink for at least 30 minutes after use to allow the fluoride to fully absorb and work effectively. For best results, use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth with Colgate toothpaste.
