Storage Condition
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 2 days. Do not consume if the package is swollen.
Usage Instructions
Cut 1kg chicken drumsticks into cubes, marinate with salt, wine and pepper. Set aside.
Heat oil to 150°C, fry chicken cubes for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
In another pan, heat oil, add dried chili sections (approx. 100g) and Sichuan peppercorn, fry until fragrant. Add fried chicken and the seasoning, stir-fry for 1 minute. Garnish with spring onions and crushed peanuts if desired. Serve.
