Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, seal the package and refrigerate for consumption as soon as possible.

Usage Instruction

Need cooking

Marinate 500g of fish fillets with a little cooking wine and the included starch packet.

Fry the seasoning sauce in the seasoning packet in hot oil.

Add about 500ml of water or broth and bring to a boil.

Add vegetables (if using) and then the marinated fish fillets. Cook until the fish is fully cooked.

Garnish with the included dry garnish mix (if provided) or fresh coriander/scallions. Heat some oil and pour over the garnish to fry briefly before serving.
