Pre-opening: Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Post-opening: Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
For the best texture, do not defrost before heating.
Steaming: Place the frozen cake in a steamer over boiling water. Steam on medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes.
Microwave: Wrap in a damp paper towel and heat on medium for 1–2 minutes (note: steaming is highly recommended for optimal fluffiness).
