    Pan-fry from frozen. Do not thaw.


    Cooking Instructions
    Pan-frying: Place frozen bao in a cold, lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden. Add enough water to cover the bottom third of the bao, cover immediately, and steam on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until water evaporates and the top is cooked. Uncover and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bottom is extra crispy. Safety: Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and piping hot (core temperature >70°C) before consumption.
