Usage Instruction:
Connecting to a Device:
USB Type-A: Rotate the swivel mechanism to expose the USB-A connector. Insert directly into a standard USB-A port on a laptop, desktop, or other compatible device.
USB Type-C: Rotate the swivel mechanism to expose the USB-C connector. Insert into a USB-C port on smartphones, tablets, MacBooks, or other USB-C enabled devices.
Plug-and-Play Operation: No software installation is required. The drive will be automatically detected by your operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, Linux) and appear as a removable storage device.
Transferring Files:
On computers: Open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (macOS), locate the drive, and drag and drop files to or from the drive.
On Android devices: Use a file manager app to access the drive via OTG (On-The-Go) functionality. Your device must support USB OTG.
Securing Files with Encryption:
Download and install the Lexar data security software from the Lexar website.
