Super smooth for easy insertion, they feature a 100% plant-based absorbent core and wrapper. Smartfit™ expands all the way round for amazing comfort and reliable protection. The absorbent core is made from viscose with no chlorine bleach. The cover is polyester/polyethylene, the string is cotton/polyester, and the wrapper is compostable cellophane. Direction for Use
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
Gently insert the tampon, aiming slightly backward and upwards.
Change every 4-8 hours, or more often if needed. Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow.
Dispose of used tampon in household waste. Do not flush.
Store in a cool, dry place.
