This Lil-Lets Smartfit 16 Non-Applicator Tampons Super Plus is used for providing comfortable, reliable period protection for heavy flow days . Designed to fit your natural body shape, these tampons utilise SmartFit™ technology that allows the tampon to expand all the way round, creating a customised fit that helps prevent leaks for up to eight hours . The non-applicator design makes them small and discreet, perfect for keeping in a purse or handbag, while the super-smooth surface and rounded tip ensure comfortable insertion .

Direction for Use

1. Before use, read and keep the leaflet found inside every tampon pack for complete safety information 

2. Wash hands thoroughly before handling the tampon 

3. Unwrap the tampon by twisting the wrapper in opposite directions and pull the string away from the base, then give it a gentle tug to ensure it is secure 

4. Find a comfortable position, either sitting on the toilet or gently squatting with knees apart. Use your fingertips to guide the tampon into the vagina, aiming upwards and backwards towards the small of your back 

5. When inserted, the string will hang outside your body ready for removal. To remove, gently pull the string
